Refunds & Exchanges
We only offer refunds or exchanges for a faulty or defective product. Please follow the steps below to process a refund or exchange.
- contact us within 30 days of your purchase to notify us of the problem.
- you will need to return the product to us (at your expense, shipping costs are non-refundable, sorry)
- please contact us for a return mailing address
- let us know if you’d prefer a refund or an exchange
- once we receive the faulty product we will either process your refund through Paypal, or send you a replacement
- exchanges are for the same item only (if available)
